You will be hard-pressed to find another actor who has appeared in more horror movies than Robert Joy. With a career spanning back into the 70s. Joy has appeared in countless films and TV shows.
In 2006 he appeared in the remake of “The Hills Have Eyes” as the mutant Man called Lizard. His longest stint has been on “CSI: NY,” where he played Medical Examiner Sid Hammerback and appeared in 165 episodes between 2005 and 2013. Other TV appearances include “The Blacklist,” “Miami Vice,” “The Equalizer,” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”
In 2005 Robert Joy got to work with the great George Romero in “Land of the Dead” as Charlie. In 1985 he co-starred with Madonna in “Desperately Seeking Susan.”.
