Dead Talk Live has a new episode with our special guest, the multitalented Carter Smith! He will be joining us on our television show for a live interview this Tuesday on February 14th, 2023 from 8:00 – 9:00 PM Eastern Time! Many fans will certainly be thrilled to see the creative mind behind the creepy crawly horror film, Swallowed (2023).
Carter Smith is a director, writer, and producer best known for his work on Into the Dark (2019), Sucker (2018), Jamie Marks Is Dead (2014), Yearbook (2011), Boys on Film 3: American Boy (2009), The Ruins (2008), Boys Life 6 (2007), Bugcrush (2006), and Me and Max (1998). Additionally, he produced the film short Yearbook (2011). He’s also directed music videos for Keith Urban’s songs “Never Comin Down” and “Blue Ain’t Your Color”, as well as S Club 7’s “Reach”.
Carter Smith wrote, directed, and produced the buggy horror film, Swallowed. This film follows two best friends, played by Cooper Koch and Jose Colon, spending one last night together before parting ways to pursue their dreams. After an impromptu drug deal goes from bad to worse, the guys are trapped in a situation well beyond what they can stomach and try to stick together through a nightmarish experience. Swallowed is prepping for its streaming premiere this Tuesday, February 14th, 2023.
