Tigger and Owl Join Pooh On His Next Bloody Hunt In ‘Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2’ Trailer

Tigger in Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2

The Hundred Acre Wood Gang Is Back!

“Blood and Honey” doesn’t even begin to describe the absolute bananas movie that Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 promises to be – and we just got a first look at this horror sequel.

What Does The Trailer Show?

The trailer begins with Christopher Robin engaging in a therapy session. Through hypnosis, he recalls the abduction of a little boy he witnessed when he was younger. This quick flashback anticipates the madness to come. Upon Winnie’s awakening, several gory and over-the-top scenes come in succession, where we see the vicious monster attack a group of girls in a trailer van. What’s new in this sequel is that Christopher Robin revealed Pooh and his friends’ existence, so this time around, we’ll get an even angrier and bloodier version of the iconic bear. Also, both Tigger and Owl appear in this trailer – they weren’t in the first movie as the rights to the characters still hadn’t entered the public domain. With that happening in January 2024, a terrifying version of the beloved tiger and owl will play a crucial role in this sequel.

A Look Back To The Previous Installment

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey was a strange yet hilariously bad cinematic experience. It created a sensation upon its release in early 2023 after generating some buzz in the months prior due to its crazy premise. People were intrigued by a horror-slasher film based on the iconic and beloved children’s story of Winnie the Pooh. For that reason, the movie went on to gross more than $6 million at the box office on a budget of close to $100,000. Despite this, its reception was overwhelmingly negative – it’s often regarded as one of the worst movies of the year, and it’s been nominated for 5 Golden Raspberry Awards, including Worst Picture and Worst Director for Rhys Frake-Waterfield.
